iSO 5.1.1 Issue

Ive been playing this game for several years now but my issue is my iPad iSO 5.1.1 can no longer open Dark Summoner. As soon as I try to open up the app it crashes immediately. I ended up losing a month or more of daily and special event prizes including playing events and attending battles. I wonder if some how the other players including myself that have encountered this ongoing problem is going to be compensated for our large losses.

I thought about buying a new device but it still doesnt compensate for all that I have lost out on. I hope the Dark Summoner Team can repair this problem not for my sake but for all the other players who have countered this ongoing problem as well.
