Cant run app!!!

I am not sure why but, I got a new phone recently (iPhone 4) and up until I got my new phone I played dark summoner on my tablet. I downloaded the app onto my phone when my tablet broke and now I cant get past the start button. I really love this game and enjoyed it so much, and I am disappointed I cannot use it. Please if someone could help me figure out how to fix this it would be so appreciated!!! I tried deleting and re- downloading the app, resetting my phone, logging out and back into to my App Store, and nothing worked.
